Why is Storytelling Important?
Storytelling is the art and science of communicating and sharing ideas, experiences, and knowledge with a specific method in order to lead the way to great success!
Everybody should learn how to use storytelling techniques so that they can all benefit from. People tell stories either to convince others about something, to get their ideas across and for all kinds of different reasons. Storytelling is a universal skill and can be acquired to make stories transformative.
People relate to each other in terms of stories to pass down information in a way that will be remembered. In business, we tend to think of it as something we do when we want to achieve a positive outcome. But there’s more than that. We tell stories to tell people who we are. We tell stories to create connections. That’s both in personal life and in business. We create our own identities through stories!
This event also offers an accompanying pre-ITD program of cultural and networking events in Paphos and Larnaca for all delegates. The guided tours offer a great opportunity to get to know the history and attractions of Cyprus.
